You may return all or part of your order without giving a reason up to 14 days after receiving it, the so-called remote buying cooling-off period. After we receive the product, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within ten business days to the bank account or credit card you used for the purchase.
Your return can only be accepted if the products are received by us complete, undamaged, unused (not been assembled) and in their original packaging. All postage will be at your expense.
When you receive your order you should check it immediately. If one of the products you received differs from the product you ordered then you can of course return it to us. Roger Trading will then ensure that the correct product is delivered to you as soon as possible. Do not use wrongly delivered products! Only unused and undamaged products qualify for free replacement.
However, Roger Trading is not obliged to replace the product if the deviation is too small to justify the replacement. We hereby point out that all images on our website are for illustration purposes only, and the product to be received may therefore look (slightly) different. Of course, we make every effort to post only images that show the product as it is.
If a product supplied by us is damaged or does not work as you expect, we will of course exchange it for a sound product free of charge. However, the damaged or non-functioning product must be returned to us, any associated costs will not be refunded. Damages and defects must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. If the product subsequently breaks down, the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer apply. Of course we will help you to claim that warranty. In such a case, please contact us via email so that we can help you. Transport damage etc. is in accordance with article 11 paragraph 6 of our terms and conditions at your risk and expense, unless you have chosen the insured shipping option when ordering.
Electronic products, due to their nature, are excluded from the cooling-down scheme because these products cannot be verified as not having been assembled. These products can be invisibly and irreparably damaged by incorrect assembly. It is also possible that after they have been connected they have been ‘taught’ or adjusted so that they can no longer be used on another vehicle. These exceptions include CDI and ECU units, but also rev limiters, cockpit/counter units, sensors, etc.
Technical parts such as cylinders, pistons, gears, exhausts and the like, as well as products made to order, custom or otherwise, cannot be returned using the cooling-off rule. These products are subject to a restocking fee of at least 40%.
The relevant product pages clearly indicate when an item does not fall under the cooling-off scheme. Please pay attention to this before ordering.
Of course, the 14-day cooling off period for distance buying does not apply when you purchase goods or services through our website and come to pick them up at our company. After all, you will then have the opportunity to check the purchased products for defects, damages and deficiencies during pick-up. You can also determine at that time whether the products or service are in accordance with the information on our website and whether they meet your requirements and/or your expectations.
Unused, unassembled and undamaged items can be returned within 14 days to:
